The DeKalb County Republican Central Committee is the local Republican Party organization and is recognized by the Illinois Republican Party and the Republican National Committee. The DCRCC consists of Precinct Committeemen elected in each of the eighty-three precincts across DeKalb County. Precinct Committeeman are the backbone of the county organization and are responsible for reaching out to voters in their neighborhoods, volunteering at events, voter turnout on election day, and electing the leadership of the county party.

The DCRCC hosts numerous events each year. The largest event is the annual Lincoln Day Dinner usually in February, which boosts an average attendance of over 200 in recent years. Featured presenters have included Congressman Aaron Schock, Former Speaker of the House Denny Hastert, Former House Leader Tom Cross, Linda Chavez and Former Senator Peter Fitzgerald. The county party hosts regularly scheduled Central Committee meetings on the 4th Thursday each month at the Sycamore Public Library. In addition, the party has booths at the Sandwich Fair, DeKalb Corn Fest, and annually participates in the Sycamore Pumpkin Parade.

The DCRCC has actively engaged in the recruitment and election of local Republican officials. Both congressmen representing DeKalb County, all of the county's state legislators, four of seven countywide officials, and eleven county board members are currently Republicans.

As Republicans we believe in the individual, family, faith as a moral compass, limited government, and service to our community & country. To realize these ideals we need the help of countless volunteers to talk with neighbors, walk precincts, and to continue to support the county party through local activities and events that will promote future Republican victories.
